Want to try a new way to toast with your guests? Delicious Bloody Mary soup takes only 15 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook. Knorr's French-style Broth mixes make this an easy-to-make delectable dish!

Serves 6

Bloody Mary soup1 container Knorr Chicken or Vegetable Broth 

1 can (28 oz.) plum tomatoes 

1 celery stalk, diced 

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 

2 tsp. hot pepper sauce 

1/4 tsp. salt 

1/2 cup vodka 

Horseradish cream:

1/2 cup sour cream 

1 Tbsp. horseradish

Directions:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Puree soup in blender or food processor in two batches until smooth. Return to saucepot, stir in vodka and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine sour cream and horseradish. 
  • Top with a dollop of Horseradish Cream and a celery stalk. Bottoms up!      

Note:

Party Planning: Make the soup a day ahead. For a refreshing starter - serve chilled or for your fabulous winter parties - heat and serve.
